Dear Customer,

This letter is to keep you informed of the current status of Catachem, Inc. with regard to the spread of the coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19). We understand that this is an evolving and stressful situation, and we want to assure you that the safety and security of our customers and staff is our top priority.

We are closely following expert guidance from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) as well as state and local public health officials. As a US-based (Oxford, CT) company all of our products are manufactured, stored, and shipped from this location to our direct customers, our sister company NuuChem Diagnostics Limited in Ireland and our various foreign distributors.

Due to possible raw material scarcities however, we are actively monitoring our supply chain to help avert any potential supply issues. We will update you should there be any changes to our product supply. Please contact us with any questions that you may have.
