Catachem, Inc. is an ISO 13485-certified, FDA-registered manufacturer with 40+ years of experience in diagnostic reagents, buffers, controls, calibrators, linearity sets, lyophilization, and contract manufacturing. We support clinical, pharmaceutical, biotech, government, and OEM partners with enzyme-based chemistries, custom reagent formulation, scalable production, filling, capping, kitting, and quality-controlled manufacturing.

 

Our Oxford, CT facility has expanded to 7,000 sq. ft. and is scaling its lyophilization and CDMO capabilities with additional R&D and production freeze dryers. Catachem supports vial, bulk, and bead lyophilization formats, helping customers improve product stability, streamline operations, and move from formulation through production under one compliant quality system. Our capabilities include batch production up to 240 L per vessel, 0.22-micron filtration, UVC sterilization, and flexible automated or manual filling.

 

Catachem is also SAM-registered and government-ready, with DUNS, CAGE Code, and NAICS compliance. Our cGMP buildout is expected to be completed over the next few months, further expanding our ability to support regulated diagnostic, biotech, and government programs.
